Personal data you provide when using our site.  For example, applying for loans, making payments, or requesting information. We also gather anonymous data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and search terms to improve site performance.

Personal information collected via technology.  We and our service providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with the Services such as:

  • Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operation system, type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, IP address, and mobile device carrier.
  • Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, access times, and duration of access
  • Cookies are used to enhance your experience and track site usage.   These cookies are encrypted and accessible only by the Bank.  Third-party sites cannot read or use our cookies.
  • Location information.  If you enable location services and consent, we may collect your location – even when the app is closed – for features like fraud detection.

Your Choices Regarding Your Information

  • Some web browsers transmit “do not track” signals to the website and other online services with which your web browser communicates.  There is currently no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do when they receive these signals.  We currently do not act in response to these signals.    If a standard is established, we may revise our policy on responding to these signals.
  • You can access, update or correct your information by changing preferences on your device.  For additional requests, please contact us.
  • Opting out of communications.  If you receive marketing communications, you can unsubscribe any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link.  Alternatively, you can opt out by contacting us using the “Contact Us” button below.   If you provide your phone number through the Services, we may send you notifications by SMS, such as fraud alerts.   You may opt out of SMS communications by unlinking your mobile phone number.
  • Opting out of location tracking.  If you initially consented to the collection of geo-location information through the Service, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information by changing the preferences on your mobile device.  Please note that if you withdraw consent for location information, you may no longer be able to use some features of the App.
