Equity Builder Program

**Buyers eligible to receive assistance through the Equity Builder Program are individuals and households earning no more than 80 percent of the area median income, based on the future address of a primary residence located in Massachusetts. To be eligible to receive assistance through the Equity Builder Program, buyers must attend homebuyer education courses. Interest would not accrue on the grant and the proceeds would only be due if the property is sold, transferred or refinanced within the first five years. Some restrictions may apply.
