Stoneham, MA (November 25, 2020) - As we reflect, this is a time like no other in our lives. We have all been impacted in some way by the COVID-19 pandemic which has been devastating for so many.

At StonehamBank, we believe as a community bank it is our role and responsibility during this time to continue to prioritize, the health and well-being of our community, customers, and team members.

In order to help slow the spread of the virus, I wanted to personally reach out to provide an update on the actions StonehamBank is taking. As we head into the holidays and winter months, we will adjust our branch hours beginning Monday, November 30, 2020.

• Branch lobbies will have reduced hours at both locations Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. until further notice.

• Social distancing guidelines will still be in place along with the number of customers we allow in a branch at one time.

This change in hours will help ensure enhanced cleaning and more staffing for on-demand services that support social distancing, like our Drive-Thru windows and Face2Face Video Banking. Banking by Appointment hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm, and the Customer Contact Center is available to help with all your banking needs.

I want to also thank our devoted team members. They are the heartbeat of StonehamBank and have been working hard to provide the customer service you expect to receive at StonehamBank. For us, it has never been just about banking, it is about people helping people. This past year, I have seen our team come together and rise in ways I could never imagine. And right now, is no different. Through perseverance, creativity and courage, our commitment to spread kindness, hope and support through these challenging times is unwavering.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at 888-402-2265.

From all of us at StonehamBank we wish you, your family and loved ones, good health.

We thank you for your loyalty and patience.

Be well,

Edward F. Doherty Jr., Chief Executive Officer
