Important Notice for Stoneham Branch

We hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to inform you about the next phase of the Montvale Avenue construction project that will have an impact on traffic near our Stoneham location.

Starting on Monday August 7^th, the town of Stoneham will be undertaking a culvert construction project aimed at improving the local infrastructure. Please know that project timelines may change at any time. We will keep you informed as updates are available.

During the construction period access to the Stoneham Branch will remain open during regular business hours, however, there may be temporary disruption to traffic flow in the vicinity, including road closures, lane restrictions and possible detours. While we cannot control these activities, we understand that this could cause inconveniences, for which we apologize.

We want to remind you that we offer several convenient alternative banking options that are available to serve you seamlessly:

1. ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING: Our secure online and mobile banking platforms are accessible 24/7, allowing you to manage your accounts, make transactions and pay bills from the comfort of your home or on the go;
2. VIDEO BANKING: Experience personalized service from our banking experts through video banking; and
3. BILLERICA BRANCH: Our second branch location which is fully operational at 493 Boston Road in Billerica.

To ensure the safety and smooth movement of vehicles around the construction area, the town is taking proactive measures. We are pleased to inform you that a driveway assistance device (DAD), which is a traffic light, will be installed at our driveway entrance. The device is designed to safely and smoothly direct traffic moving east and west and traffic exiting our driveway.
