STONEHAM, MA (FEB 2024) – Chief Executive Officer/President Edward F. Doherty, Jr. recently announced the election of two individuals to the StonehamBank Board of Directors.
“We are excited to announce that Harvey J. Gordon CPA, CGMA, MST of Stoneham and Joseph Falcao, Growth CFO of Holliston recently joined our Board,” noted CEO/President Doherty. “Our Directors guide our team members as they pursue our Mission and Values to ensure that our Bank continues to grow and provide excellent customer experience. Harvey’s and Joseph’s experiences serve to support our team successes and we are grateful for their leadership.”
Mr. Gordon holds licensure as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Global Management. He is the principal of Harvey Gordon-Consulting located in Stoneham since 2015, following a more than 40-year career as a CFO, VP/Finance, Senior Cost Analyst and Senior Staff Account for a number of Massachusetts companies.
Mr. Falcao is currently an Executive Vice President/CFO at Orva, and an Angel Investor with Walnut Ventures and TiE Global Angels. His previous experiences include leadership roles with a number of Fortune 500 companies including Cabot and Dunkin’ brands and his focus is on enterprise situations, operational effectiveness and functional expertise. He serves on the Boards of MIT CFO Summit, St. John’s Seminary and the CEO Leadership Council. “Our Board of Directors is critical to our Bank’s success and growth,” added Chair of the Board Janice T.
