Social Security and retirement planning specialist Kurt Czarnowski of Czarnowski Consulting will provide expert answers to your social security questions.  Czarnowski is the former Regional Communications Director for the Social Security Administration (SSA) in New England, His presentation will include information on when to start collecting,  how your benefits will be calculated and how working will affect your benefits.
