STONEHAM, MA (January 4, 2021) – CEO Edward F. Doherty Jr. and Senior Vice President/CRLO Shane Bellavance are excited to announce that Assistant Vice President/Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Sahag Kavlakian recently joined the StonehamBank residential lending team. 

Born and raised in Arlington, Assistant Vice President Kavlakian is a graduate of Suffolk University’s Honors Program, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance, investments, and real estate with the Summa Cum Laude Latin Honor. He has worked in the real estate and financial services industries for over a decade, spending almost half of that time in lending and mortgage origination. Throughout his career, Mr. Kavlakian has developed a multitude of strong connections with local realtors, attorneys, and business professionals whom he utilizes along with his world class team to make the consumer application process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
